Smoking THC is against the law in Germany and i am proud that we have this law. It will be more abused than it can help (in some medical cases). People who smoke - soil the environment. More evil - if i am near one of the smokers they soil the fresh air i am going to inhale. And make me sick too. Proven.People who drink alcohol soil their own body. I can walk or sit next to a drunken person and they probably will do not harm myself. (exceptions are always given). BUT fact is also they damage the social system we are living in. No question. Its forbidden because there is no prove against it yet Medical aspects are not counting!

It would be good if you leave such decisions about forum rule breaks or not for the persons in charge. Actually i do not see how we encourage people to smoke weed. And actually there are countries in this world where it is allowed. Otherwise we would need to ban 80% of the threads, because you will find always something that is not allowed everywhere. Thanks!
