I hope we could get all event managers to the meeting. Remember if that time doesnt fit your schedule we could adjust the time to try to fit everyones schedules. I know it is difficult to set a meeting for weekdays but since we have until friday to hand in a full report, it would be a good idea to have it today wednessday around 8pm GMT.
