The best way I know of to become aligned with the Dom'Kavash is to go to the Inner Core and start blasting hostile Doms till your rep with the DK maxes out. I've seen a number of guys that hang constantly in the Inner Core from time to time who eventually become aligned with them of which I assume is because they spent so long killing the Dom'Kavash's enemies there. However... I'm curious if killing Ancients might do the same as well... Hmmmmm...
