You are talking about the lovely system - Custodian - so close but try and touch .... it is a clan system. The good BG guys are very helpful clan and will allow upto level 40 characters through their system if you ask. That is a kindness on their behalf and we should appreciate it. Try the mod for some time and you genuinely wont even mind not have accessing it when you advance above level 40. There are other ways there and part of the fun is finding that.

Excuse my ignorance I have played for ages and ages and have never been in Nephele. What's so special about it? Dont respond - let me find out for myself.
