i don't wanna disappoint you but the game runs at the same speed for me and for the years vista/win7 existed i never heard of a "faster" game issue... if i can give you a little tp to win vs Hovis : use the left and right strafe to "drift" the corners... practice alone then take it with hovis... You don't need to cheat to go through this...

higher FPS doesnt meant the NPCs go faster...

@Lost_Haven : i know, NPCs were just an example... Why is the game running faster ? the millisecond timing of events remains unchanged with a new or an older PC. May be your PC is overclocked and it could make the millisecond shorter... idk...
