if he is docked, he is not "accessable" for any transfers. unfortunately, you need to be in space (which means undocked) to get any kind of transfers. I would like to help him, but I dont know how, since we GR's can only take money (as fine for violation of any rules, kind of punishment) but we can not give money to any chars. the only way he would have is to make him totally bankrupt, then he deleting this char and making a new one. and getting the money back (from whoever made him bankrupt)
