the one thing i dislike about Intel is the Price i can pick up an i7 2700K (unlocked) for $370 around here (well i'd have to drive 45 minutes to Microcenter) or i can pick up a AMD Phenom II X4 960T Black Edition (Unlocked) which is roughly the same as the i7 2700K for $130 what's with that? i'm content with what i have and Duck, the shelve your computer sits on looks REALLLY sketch

oh he who has copied and pasted their system from System Information Spikey, can you explain the difference between an i7 2700k and the Phenom II X6 960T 6 Core Unlocked? besides the obvious difference in manufacturer, architecture, number of cores and price... i choose AMD and ATI products (in terms of Graphics cards and Processors) because they are catered to what i need in those components, their boxes look better and they are MUCH MUCH cheaper.... OK, the Asus Mars II which has 2 580 GTX Co…

yes but there is a Phenom II X6 1045T...which is a 6 core...OutletPC.com|$139.98|AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.7GHz AM3 95W Six-Core Des frankly i'm basing my OPINION on my experience with Nvidia and Intel. the last 2 Nvidia Cards i wasn't too fond of. yes, it was a Geforce MX440, and 6200 running on AGP, however the drivers have never ever worked for me...even with the Geforce 440 GT i had for a short while. considering it says the newest drives would be compatible with the 6200 i was running (at t…

(Quote) dont get Alienware. it's run by dell...and dell's computers suck! Abra, i will have no sympathy for you when your overprice machine takes a nose dive between 6 months and 1 year of owning it...they're good machines, but only for a while. had many many people tell me "oh it conked out after 6-7 months"

i recommend custom built. the system i built was less than $500 and it can run Battlefield 3 on Max settings with a comfortable fps of 30-40 frames... sure my motherboard doesn't support Crossfire beyond more than Radeon HD 4850, but i have a 6670 and it works fine for me but the 7xxx HD Radeon series is sex in a video card...dont think you'll find 28nm GPU on an Nvidia... i will however wouldn't mind an Asus Mars II...if there wasn't only 999 made and wasn't $1500

no shit it's big. it's a full-size. i'm rocking an NZXT mid-tower. i like it so far. cable management is a pain because there's very little room. the the mobo power cable from the power supply is a hair short, so it's kinda tacky...blue and red LED 120mm fans help that. still want to get a Thermaltake Level 10 GT...
