If its "just a game" then why deny us the right to roleplay? And besides, we are't NPCs. You can't just go "oh its a game" to the emotions and respect. Its impossible to go into a server, yell racial comments, tell them the server sucks, and that you fucked their momma, and try to get away with the lame ass excuse of that it's just a game. Get it?
