Say, I'm protecting a smuggler - I will assume Horatio is on patrol in cop mode and wants to scan my, um, client?Or, I have a bounty on me, or a mate has bounty on him, and there's an incoming Horatio - I will assume he's there for the bounty. In both cases I could be wrong, of course, but I'll be ready, and evasive actions will be taken.
