What they need is recruits and more active leadership. I've said it before and my veiw hasn't changed. It's in Alucard's, Hipogriff's, and Viktor's hands now to either let the DC stay as-is or recruit new members to rebuild the ranks. The top three in the clan are distracted by a number of important things atm and can't be there to micromanage any aspects of the clan. That's all there is to it.
