If the community really wanted to help DC then all clans would agree not to accept new members until DC has 10 new members. DC has said the number of members is the issue. Those 10 plus current DC could then actively recruit. Perhaps Lance and Lashan can actively recruit for DC until 10 new members is met. Lance and Lashan are the most qualified for this task.
