Hello Daitor, can you quickly check how big is folder where you have activated CF mod? (less issues also can be on some PCs when is mod installed out of windows program files folders). Below is attached screenshot with crossfire mod launcher and is shown where to change graphic shader.

Your mod installation is bugged, very likely corrupted game files etc. There's not reason why your FL directory should be so big. And btw, have you mod installed into different directory (usually flmm/mods) as is activated?

FL mods installation have 2 steps: installation into flmm, and then flmm activate mod into freelancer directory.
