Maybe FC3 is better, but S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is relatively easy to modify - all configs can be edited in Notepad. I actually can "weld" a couple of small mods (Additional guns, some tweaks, etc.) with a big mod, as I did. I need now to learn how to create quests.
