    Well, taxing players under level 40 is against rules. You should make a Ticket about it from the tools menu (you need evidence ex. screenshots etc). Then Admins/GR's will take action on the matter.And it is a RP server, so call some cops or put a bounty on them (or call IOC chars for the bounties, we will gladly help out there )
