I've seen that before. However, I think the music was added in because some of it was lifted straight out of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan! If they did use that music, they must of been able to get a license for it. To OP, that is a heavy spoiler. Also, I have the US edition and it doesn't have this intro.
