Have you checked the installation guide @ http://www.swat-portal.com/portal/download/CFguide.swf ? Made sure all previous save games deleted? It is usualy a good idea to uninstall Feelance and delete all related folders, then do a fresh install of FL. If you still have problems, then give us a few more details ie which OS you are using.
