Its the game that crashes and not the launcher. Could be a dll or an incorrect installed CF mod. Any info on what module crashes? FL is the process. I need info about the module and the crash offset - but i assume its either not properly installed or somehow still old savegames...

the launcher has no access rights to copy some files, make sure your exe folder has removed the read-only flag
