try alt-tabbing, u seems to have typical accept terms dialog window problem - it's minimized, so u can bring it up by alt-tab after launcher launches cf. accept terms dialog window is fl thingy u have to accept on 1st run, and if u haven't started fl before activating cf, u may get it minimized. crossfire troubleshooting guide is a flash-made guide and it's a bit big, so u just have to wait for it to download (it will ask flash download too, if u don't have it on ur comp, but i doubt that).
