Hello, there could be beside issues with antivirus only 3 reasons: corrupted mod installation (happened before), or use some other mods or changed files. Logs can tell for sure, but imo there is good chance for corrupted mod install/activation on your side.

CF should be started normally with CF launcher only. FLMM is needed only for mod activation. I can uban you (will do today later), but if is your mod installation bugged, you will be autobaned again.
