1st time I think heard this. Also search in portal stuff give me "0" result for this. It could be someting missing in windows. The Program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your - Microsoft Community Looks you do not have installed requierd Microsoft Visual C++ (you need 32 bit versions, I suggest look for: 2005, 2008, 2010 and 2012 and install them all).
