I observed few times (hope remember this right) that when you get attacked by Nomads and DKs are friendly (green) and arrive to combat area, they start attack nomads. Have someone such experience? and/or more similar NPCs behavior observed? Next thing: green affiliated npcs tends to scan your cargo much less as 'almost in red'?

Nomads are for Dom'Kavash like slaves or even less. They were buil by them to fulfill 'guard role' with strict orders. Because there is no way to change Nomads orders (for already existing nomads) , it make good sense that DK remove them when they cross their 'actual' plans (i.e. is attacked allied subject).
