Use autosaves is not recommended. Is a fact that they in 95% simply break triggers build in mission and this results in mission failure (like is your problem). On other side we work now on CF 2.0 SP Campaign which dealt also with these "old" issues. For now I suggest load latest mission save, use friendly NPCs, evasion maneuvers or run to Dark region cannons to pass this mission from your last mission save.
