Hello achenaton, it is maybe stupid question, but are you log to Crossfire server 24/7? (you mentioned freelancer universe)

Hello, can you please tell few things:what operating system you have?have you assured that antivirus do not remove some of game files?can you please look the size and files/folders amount in your freelancer directory?after you installed/activated mod, was there 1st launcher update and then bigger amount of files downloaded?

we have here rly big amount experience with issues made by antivirus suites, most of ppl having probs with cf were coming from this. Please try check quarantine and you may try add FL folder into av exception list. If there are some quarantined files, is really good idea submit them to your av producer for check. ... it help avoid similar issues for other players. note: sw off av is not enough, there are still running processes. btw, what av are you using?
