    the DK-stations in the Inner Core dont have mooring fixtures (that long stick, like on planets or the CF-dock 1 & 2 in X-system) which makes you able to dock with a capital ship

So do several other station not have it, but you can still dock with a BS there, (so far at least, hopefully it will change) fact is, capital ships, like trains, Battleships, Transports can not dock on the stations in the Inner Core yet. (dunno whats planned in 1.9 )
