OP.!Could there possibly be set up a location where someone could have their Cloaking device disassembled and the parts sold at a reasonable price so the base could resell at a profit ?That way if someone for any reason wants to get rid of their CD they would not need to delete their Cha if they really thought it was causing them a problem, they could sell and someone else if they had the resources could get a CD to try,if they were prepared to pay.
