I was using the tool and it worked fine the first time. Then came heavy lag about 20 seconds after I logged on and the server crashed. I waited for the server to reboot, but now it's back up and bobody seems able to access it... (I'm asuming that's why there's 25 of us on the forum atm?)

Don't worry about it Inferno, you're not missing out on anything atm. I have it istalled properly and it's not helping to display the server for me. My Global Server list is empty regardless of what tools or files I use. As soon as whatever's wrong is okay again fldireptip.hta will continue to work fine; you don't really need the tool I think, it's just another approach.
