From my experience before, cloaking or uncloaking does not get me ban ... but, i got banned if that ship (with the cloak) got killed by some other players ... such as pvp ...perhaps, others can test it ... undock ... then cloak your ship ... then uncloak ... then pvp ... make sure you're dead ... then, respawn ... then log off ... then log in ... and see what happen ...
