it could be that u do not use FLMM V1.31 (find it here) or u have not the permission to write into ur freelancer path (Vista user?) - please start as an administrator... or if u really use a drive "x:" - this might be the problem? try to use drive "c:" instead if possible.... -
check if u use the FLMM 1.31 u might need to delete the saved games (My Documents/My Games/Freelancer/Accts) - don't forget "restart.fl" or any other file in there - if those files r remains from another mod: they r incompatible... also u find the Crossfire Guide here: http://www.swat-portal.com/portal/download/CFguide.swf - check the "Installation Instructions" chapter for a clean install, please
