Randomization apparently happens on BOTH client and server sides; because while the client shows you are in, say, Lost Paradise, server believes you are in, say Unknown 2. You can track it by opening Chat Window; or if you popped out of nowhere when you arrived to the system (as in, no jumphole nearby).
