  • well just start the service! You will have access via the comand line telnet command. And write a batch wich will end the service first and then shutdown the host bec. the telnet server needs a long time to be shut down. Btw. i suggest a vpn tunneling with the remote access console would do the job easier. Even you would have complete graphical access and the possibility to use the active Directory services with it´s system of rights...
