Pirates, your role hasn't changed at all. Only the ones for Police and Traders (and Smugglers) has changed to any degree. Paramilitary operators like IOC will be tolerated for now by myself, but it should be made clear that in the long run the policing should be done by the police. Traders having standing wings of fighters based in numerous systems is probably not the long term goal :), at least in the first call to aid/arms.
