That'd certantly increase the traffck in Yakutsk/Omicron Gamma=More RP ^^. But then, there is the issue of camping for artifacts....one person camps in Omicron Gamma, and whores all of those and become ub3r powerful with shields and guns and what-not... But on the other hand, it adds another dimension of power and upgradability (is that even a word??)
