Well, obviously, this is an individual problem... I never have a ping better than 185, but no packet loss, to my knowledge, and I have no problem with PvP or NPC combat (apart from lousy aim [7] ). I have noticed that NPC's seem to slow the server a bit during multiple-player battles, but even then, I have been able to hit opponents with weaps.
