I got a question. If you are trading outside of NY or kill a player or NPC outside of NY and get cargo that has the best price inside of NY at the time due to the dynamic markrt we now have, Are we not allowed to go into NY long enough to sell the cargo and get out? If not that's cool, I can deal with that. I just want to know before hand so i don't break any server rules. Forgot to ask. If a freelancer has a store that is in NY and still under lvl 60 that is ok then isn't it? Seeing how the rules are for players that are over lvl 60. Am i correct on this point?
