most serverpolice r selling these weps to the players i think they use their serverpolice chars so that they can easliy kill the DK motherships in Hyperspace vortex in 2 shots. attacking them with fighters is very hard, as u have DK fighters and gunboats trying to kill u and the mothership's hull is VERY strong making it tough to kill them.
