This is the link to the RP rules of the CF server: http://www.crossfire.swat-portal.de/rprules.htm at the bottom is the list of "Taxes, Fines, Bounty" depending on player level. As this list starts with level 40, it implies no tax for players under level 40. So i see the taxing of ppl below level 40 as a break of server rules!
