Well if you haven't already, go to the downloads section of this site and download the Launcer patch and install it. If you've already done that or once you're done, try again. If it only offers singleplayer after that then the server is down for updating

I've found that reinstalling things rarely helps (plz don't go to the trouble to do more than reinstall the game :O). If you're having trouble with the launcher and it isn't any of the normal quirks there's a good chance that it's something simple that everyone here (yourself included) has overlooked. Maybe a walkthrough of how you set everything up would help... I'm no expert, but the more detail you give the easier it'll be to identify the problem
