errr.... triple post? the edit button is your friend. There is a bug in NB and other systems where when I first scan an NPC's cargohold, then hail them, and then switch to target. My game will crash. Note that I do not have 3D sound on. Maybe this is because of my comp specs. Sometimes the game crashes, sometimes my game just almost stops to a halt (with that I mean that I have an FPS of 1-0). I hope this helps You can buy the coalition torpedo on Manhattan I think... don't know for sure.
