The Bretonian VHF is called "Champion" and it is available for roughly 4 mill in Oasis. I never flew it myself, but it looks like a crab and is just as ugly as the regular Bretonian HF (cant remember the name) And the Saracen is a very good ship, for PVP and NPC hunts. It has an armor rating of 10200, and is every bit as agile as the Shroud. The Karak is also good, with an armor rating of 9800, and a design thats pretty tricky to hit in pvp, unless you spam/use missiles.
