i cant believe it that noone manage to remember one simple thing: go to your freelancer directory where yo have instal the game. after some searching, you will find a doc called "fldirectip.hta" . now, OPEN it and put THIS IP address in it and play the game: Server IP Address is : 87.106.22.90 its the only IP from the swat portal (except if here is a server with Blasters mod), but this one IS for the CF modnow, do as i said and play the game, and try to enjoy it
