I'm really not sure if this is still matter of money, I suspect that technical difficulties and trying to put all together (working without crashes) becomes more and more the main issue. It is big difference to have working core and slowly adding new features, or what SC are doing ... imo theirs way is it seems not much effective.I really would be not surpsied if this game would be finished with someone else as CR ...
