There are three parts of the CD: Cloaking Device Components at Zhiklor (Drokom Light Dome), Cloaking Device Chrystal at Minnck (Lyselm Refinery) and the CD-Reflector at Relenth (Chrazll Citadel). You mount them as a License (so I remember). Each of them cost 50 Million Credits. To mount the CD you need all three parts and 120 Million Credits on Top . Mounting will cost another 100 Millions.Have fun!
