Hi. Rango, there is a way to bribe the Coalition Rogues, you will only be able to do it by docking one of their bases and paying at the bar. I have done it once on purpose, docked their base in Guangdong, in hostyle conditions. I managed to get back to Sirius Space. Whenever I go back unless I bribe them the Coalition are red-red. My only docks are the CR bases.

in hindsight, it is better if you follow Wanderers advice with option one you will find the storage depots easiest to do. good flying mate.
