Adv Brigadine Positron Shields? I know, I know, you all think i'm crazy because the Champs are the all reigning superior shields....well i know that, and i have them. But i still want these. Problem is, is that i heard they are NPC Only...which would really suck. They have a recharge rate of 500...this is why i want them, if i can. When Corsairs show up in Titans they generally have these shields, but i haven't had any luck finding a "seller" So, if you can help me and tell me they don't exist …
