Well, you try to defend multiple bases and control the access. You cant. Systems are paramount for training, clan trade and safe place to be for the most part. I would love to see you control access to 3 bases or try too. I can tell you from experience, if we had rights to bases only, and the defiance from freelancers and opposing clans.....and trying to control the flow of people to your HOME.
