Actually the rules we are disscussing are pretty much same for all so its not exactly "taking side". Purpouse is all actions to be with a reason packed Example - if pirates dotn mess with us with purpouse they will be hunted when they are caught "in action" like taxing. Anyway that was just an example. When we decide how we will act you will know it. Anything else is useless discussion. Untill then we wont "enforce the law".

DEALING WITH PIRATES - you need to identify such first; If you see someone asking for tax in system channel you're free to attack him without warning; If someone complain that he been taxed or been asked for tax you're free to investigate the case (which means you can escort the player and see yourself does he will be asked for tax); If you see trade ship (freighter or train) been attacked by someone else will be concidered as pirate too; - pirates are hunted untill they go away - pirates will …
