That's a good point you know...why can't all the police just settle for the Stuttgart route and have this all die away? Being in Rhineland more often would expose you to pirates, and put police in the position of having to defend against them. The RP can't be that hard to interpret and apply, can it? The Sol smuggling route is not the only way to make a lot of money fast in this mod. Are you all police, or thugs just playing at it whenever it's convenient :D?
