well... it is possible to make it from scratch, yes. And if u ask, it's even tastier. You'll need some more ingredients, such as more onions, garlic, oil, vinegar, parsley and of course, tomatoes. First of, stew sliced rings of onion and garlic in oil. Then, add some prickled tomato, and when the tomato pieces becomes soft, throw some vinegar, salt, parsley and more prickled onions.
