I agree. There should be heavier penalty for F1 escape... every one takes part in RP and be an honorable player. dont blame pirates for what they suppose to do bcoz they are doin good RP, playing a kinda difficult role as most traders dislike them... yet i will appreciate if pirate players can have an upper limit of how much to tax, like 5m or so...
