So then, if a ship has an ASF license mounted, others may safely assume that they are not looking at a pirate? As it stands today, all the pirate clans are CSF. The merc vs. pirate license question would then only apply to rogue freelancers who choose piracy as a vocation, as far as i can tell from the commentary so far... :-|
